This is the page where the author's message would have gone had this author actually written one. Actually, I don't really have too much extra to say other than to thank those who have proof-read the book and offered their advice. Your assistance was much appreciated.
As I have mentioned elsewhere, it is my hope that this book will one day find its way onto the shelves of your local bookstore. Maybe even the bargain bin of your local supermarket. So, like the child who leaves the tooth under the pillow in case the tooth fairy comes along, I have left my email address at the bottom of this page just in case an agent or publisher comes along and likes my work. Of course, I am happy to receive any correspondence from anyone who has a comment to make about this website. I particularly like emails telling me how clever I am.

those who have emailed feedback (although I lost a few addresses when my server
crashed!) Keep the comments coming – I enjoy reading them, even the bloke
who (without a trace of sarcasm) said my site was “quite horrid”!
